How do you know what you hear is the truth? How can you clear your mind from all the interference so you really can hear the guidance?
I started to meditate about a year ago quite regularly, almost every day. At first it was only feelings, colors. Eventually it became stories. It was the most exciting moments of each morning. After waking up, I would do some exercise and following the physical activity, I would sit for a 20 minutes meditation.
In the beginning I used listen to guided meditation where the vocal guidance would help how to relax and go to a deeper level of connection.
After a while the guided meditation started to interrupt the flow of my thoughts. So I have decided to go on with only ambient sound music and let my mind take me where-ever it should go.
Real fast I understood the difference between imagination and intuition. I felt when I wished for something or I just simply got an information I didn't really asked for.
So how can you develop your intuition or your gut's feeling to get the real answers for yourself? Only by clearing the heart, getting rid of old memories, surfacing it up to the open and starting to deal with them.
It's sounds easy, but it isn't. Sometimes fear or pain can hide the truth behind something else even to a level that we believe we know the right answer, only to realize you have just told yourself a very believable story.
When you ask the right questions and you don't except the obvious answers you can actually get to the truth. Sometimes it takes to be open to receive outside help of a professional and I am not talking about a psychologist here. A well experienced teacher or mentor can give a perfect solution.
When you manage to clear your head and hart from all unnecessary noises, you will get to the essence of yourself and hear your inner voice clearly.
Meditation keeps you relaxed, focused and connected. Once you start a regular practice of meditation, you won't give up anymore.
Keep going and never turn back!
