Today I Will Be Still.

What meditation can do to the body and the soul? There are so many people talking about all the advantages of meditating.

Meditation takes me to places I have never been before. I can meet people, places, worlds, knowledge I never knew before.

Meditation relaxes me, my body, all the organs in my body and it gives me a peace of mind.

First time I have ever been to a meditation, didn't know what to expect. How will I feel, what will I see, hear? 

It was a very surprising experience. I didn't really know what I got, it took me some time and interpretation to understand.

What I know for now, I always get what I need for that moment. If it's information, or see something for myself. 

Meditation is very uplifting. I have made it a regular practice in my life. Every day for few minutes or more, it depends how much time do I have. Sometimes I use background music to help to concentrate.  I recommend http://play.omvana.com/ - they have many free sounds ambient and vocal as well. Omvana has a full course for beginners to guide people that they don't really know what to do as well as advanced meditations.

My life got way much better since I started to make meditation a regular practice. I am calm, happy, have patience with my kids. I understand myself much better that before.

You can never know what it can give you until you don't see for yourself!
