What is the meaning of the number seven in the mystical or spiritual world?

Here is the story...

I was 18 years old staying at home alone for the night so I thought to go to my Mom's bed to sleep. I took her side of the king size bad which is close to the wall. I fell asleep in a regular time, very quickly I have to say, I don't have problems in this area. 

After a while in the middle of the night suddenly I waked up feeling someone is touching my forehead and drawing the number seven on it. I opened my eyes immediately, turned to the side but didn't see anyone. On the contrary I felt the bed moving like when someone is kneeling on the other side of the bed, right next to me and just lifting himself up. I even saw a small prolapse on the mattress. 

I got so frightened I set up instantly and opened the light, but didn't see anyone. I couldn't fall a sleep after that until dawn when I could see the light outside. It was very strange. The following nights I had fear inside of me. Not because what has happened, but the fact that there was another entity with me in the room that is not something I am familiar with and I can't tell what was the purpose of this.

I tried to find out many-many  times, asked people with all kinds of background, but didn't really get a satisfying answer, that would cause me to feel, that's the truth.

Some said I was just dreaming, some said to do this or that, but no-one explained it to me what just happened and what was the message, because obviously there is a message here.

There is one thing though that was strange. This also made me think that I am right and it did happen and I didn't just dream it. When this entity was drawing the number seven on my forehead, I thought to myself - the shape was not the usual shape I would use. This is what I mean:

Up until today, any time I am thinking of it, I have a shiver... It's so weird.

I have more strange stories but this is what I thought to share with you. If anyone has some kind of an idea or can help me to get the answer, I would be very happy.
